Truly, Madly, Freely

This is a sort of intro, to a story I started in a depressed time of my life. I made edits to it recently before submitting, but it's not meant to be an eternal cliffhanger. There are two routes here, and I will leave it up to opinion for this choice. Or, I will write two separate 'universes', with both outcomes.

There is going to be a transformation sequence in the next part. However... Whether "C" turns into an angelic-looking thing, with a burning fury and vengeance that could raze the world and a heart as cold as ice due to the pain life has caused her...
Or a hideous beast with a hide as black as night, whose inhuman howls make the very earth shudder and weep, with a bright mind and a tender, longing heart inside - a creature who cannot even touch the ones she loves, lest her claws make cubed beef of them...

Whether she looks like an angel or a demon? That is up to you, dear readers. So now, with a bow and a humble request, I ask you; What is your choice?
